ROLE: Delivery ConsultantLOCATION: LondonSalary: £65,000The Company:An Enterprise level organisation focused on providing IT solutions for a wide range of clients across the UKThe Role:Develop and lead design workshops to collate crucial information regarding the business environment details and infrastructure. To align the solution to best practice that meets the customer's requirements in a timely fashion.Document the recommended design capturing all infrastructure requirements.Deploy the Microsoft solutions within your work streams with the company deployment solutions when appropriate. If not possible use your high level of technical competency to create an appropriate solution.Be adaptable to customers unique requirements and expand upon the deployment using your technical knowledge.Perform advanced customisation's to the solutions within you stream to possibly feed these back in to the product development team.Trouble shoot customer issues.Act as the point of escalation for support service desk issues.Continually provide input for improvements to the company's product via the product development team.Skills Required: Windows 10 deployment and managementStrong and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Modern workplace with deployment experience with SCCM (current branch)Consultancy experienceStrong communication skills and previous experience expressing business priorities as well as technical requirements.
