I am looking for a Junior Software Installations Consultant to join one of the fastest growing businesses in Oxford, you will provide Installation, upgrade and data migration for the clients products.This is a customer focused role and technical and administrative, requiring a good knowledge Microsoft SQL server administration as well as good communication, organisational and planning skills.
What the role will involve:
- Performing installations, upgrades and migrations of clients products
- Migrating customer data
- Handling occasional support requests
- Liaising with Project Managers during Implementation Projects
Essential Skills:
- Microsoft SQL server
- Degree educated
- Customer service or support desk knowledge
- Data Migration
