Manager, Commercial Technology - The Role

We want you to support and improve our Distributor's productivity and their ability to manage their business organisations and customers by delivering high quality technology solutions. You will also act as the regional expert on E-Commerce and App platforms, to be able to drive innovation.

You will engage with internal stakeholders to establish technology priorities and tools while ensuring our commercial products, services and solutions are competitive and forward-thinking. You will analyse Distributor lifecycle and personal journeys & communications to recommend best practice for sales development and technology on-boarding. You will also develop implementation plans and make sure all new technology tools and programmes are launched effectively and well supported.

Manager, Commercial Technology - Requirements

A graduate in a relevant discipline you must have extensive experience in a technical environment and expertise in delivering technology change programmes. You will possess in-depth knowledge of applications code registration procedures, the ability to identify system impact for small- and large-scale initiatives and experience in deployment and operations. You will also have knowledge of specific application platforms, technology and solutions. Some expertise in CRM would also be advantageous.

Highly analytical, you will be methodical, effective at prioritising and comfortable building strong working relationships across a geographically diverse business. You will also possess good communication and presentation skills.
