Customer Experience Lead/ 4 month contract/Warwickshire

Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading Clients who are seeking a Customer Experience Lead

We are seeking an individual who can work with external consultancy and internal stakeholders to develop enterprise wide approach to customer journey mapping, including delivery of specific customer journey maps which articulate the Clients future customer experience proposition

The role responsibilities entail

*Extensive experience in customer experience and customer journey mapping

*Customer experience strategy development and implementation

*Direct experience of developing customer journeys enterprise-wide

*Knowledge and expertise in customer journey mapping tools

*Experience in developing reporting mechanisms for measuring and tracking customer experience including customer, operational, financial and conduct metrics

*Customer experience/journey mapping target operational model development including experience of embedding into organisations

*Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
