Product Owner / Manager (Agile Kanban IT Technology). A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Owner / Manager to take on a high responsibility and challenging role within a successful and rapidly expanding travel company. You'll be joining the company at an exciting time as they are currently in the process of going through an internal transformation with a focus on improving technology; converting their legacy PHP code to Golang and enhancing their user experience.

As a Product Owner / Manager you will take lead on delivering the next generation of the company's product whilst applying and improving the Agile way of working. A number of your responsibilities will include; gathering requirements from the business and product team, analysing potential product enhancements, converting high level requirements into deliverable user stories, creating and maintaining a product backlog and delivering customer centric products.

You'll be based in offices in the West Kent / South East London area with on-site parking available. You can enjoy a number company perks such as flexible working hours (core hours 10.00 - 16.00), a private pension scheme, private health cover and annual company events.

Requirements:

Previous experience within a Product Owner / Product Manager role

A strong understanding of Agile and its core principles

Digital delivery / transformation experience

Passionate about user experience quality

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Desirable: Travel industry experience, React, Golang
