Keep everything up and running at AIA as our IT Engineer

We're a creative, tech-driven agency. But we can't provide industry-defining digital solutions without a reliable, fully functioning tech infrastructure of our own. Which is where you come in.

AIA is a global leader in talent acquisition technologies. We even have our own recruitment marketing software, TalentBrew, which has revolutionised the way employers and job seekers connect. As our IT Engineer, you'll support our Infrastructure Engineer, and be the hands-on analyst and troubleshooter who allows our teams of unconventional thinkers and ferocious innovators to get on with their jobs.

If it's to do with office tech, it'll come on your radar. You'll respond promptly to phone, email and face-to-face enquiries and take ownership of the solution. Re-imaging Mac and PC workstations for users, sorting out day-to-day software and hardware problems, troubleshooting network wiring issues, or fixing a faulty printer - you'll turn an expert hand to all this and more.

Our work matters. So will you.

Clients depend on us to promote their employer brands and give their recruitment marketing campaigns the best chance of success. Candidates rely on us to enable them to make the right career choices. So you'll matter to us - your job satisfaction, your ambitions, your development, you as an individual.

First and foremost, we'll future-proof your career. We'll make sure you're fully abreast of current and emerging trends in technology. If it's new in the Windows, OSX, office operations or desktop environments, you'll know about it.

Be appreciated for everything you do

Know the word you'll hear most at AIA? ‘Thanks'. We'll be honest, most of us here don't know a WAN from a LAN. But you do, just as you know all about Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office products, Active Directory, TCP/IP, Mac OSX, desktop configurations and maintenance, server and network equipment. On occasions, we might also ask you to help with a remote solution. We'll see you as a tech expert, and welcome and value the knowledge you bring.

What it's like here

It's busy, there are always deadlines to meet. But it's incredibly supportive. Teams work together, people look out for each other. You'll be helping your colleagues; they'll be happy to give you help when you need it. Because we work as one, united in a common passion to do great work for our clients.

And we know how to reward ourselves for a job well done. That could mean sharing a drink on our twelfth-floor roof terrace or out of the office (we're handily located near St Paul's and the Barbican). Or letting our hair down at our Christmas and summer parties. Or tucking into Pizza Friday once a month. That's all on top of more formal benefits such as private healthcare, interest-free season ticket loans and cycle-to-work scheme.

So, what's next?
