IT Customer Service Manager
A brand new and exciting role has just arisen for an experienced IT Customer Service Manager to join a leading charity based in Angel, Central London. As the IT Customers Service Manager, you will be the glue within the team working closely with stakeholder, building relationships and resolving issues. As the IT Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for all SLA's and OLA's while also ensuring that the Service Delivery team are working at their most effective. The IT Customer Service Manager will be working closely with a wide variety of IT teams, bridging the gaps between the departments and resolving issues between teams. Please note that this position is on a 12-month Fix term contract and you will be allowed to utilise the flexi working and working from home policy.
Skills required for the IT Customer Service Manager are:
- Proven relationship building skills
- An understanding and experience of working in various IT environments
