We are currently looking for a 1st / 2nd Line Techncial Support Engineer with experience of Windows-based IT infrastructure environments, to join an exciting company who specialise in IT Services, based in Leeds.The 1st / 2nd line technical support engineer will work with a range of customers, supporting a wide range of infrastructure technologies The successful candidates will possess solid skills and experience within a similar role and will have experience with as many of the below technologies as possible:Technical Requirements (not all essential):Technical Support experience with Windows Server 2012/2016Virtualisation - vmware / citrix/ hyper-vAWS / Azure / Cloud TechnologiesExchange 2010/2013/2016Active Directory, group policy, DNS, DHCPOffice 365 Windows 8/10 DesktopBack up technologies, e.g. Veeam, SymantecUnderstanding of networking / firewall / anti-virus concepts would be beneficialAbove all, you must be a good team player, demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn new skills.
