Your key responsibilities As a member of the Product Strategy & Performance Team within Technology Business Services, the Product Analyst is responsible for deep dive qualitative and quantitative analysis to support the development of new Wholesale Ethernet product enhancements and capabilities, solve business problems and provide insights. You will work closely with Service Performance Managers in improving all aspects of the existing Wholesale Ethernet service and build and maintain excellent relationships with Operational and Development teams within Technology.You will help define, develop and agree key business measures and KPIs for the Wholesale Ethernet product and build and maintain scorecards based on the defined set of KPIs.You will develop and maintain a solid understanding of the logical data schema of Wholesale Ethernet services to support quantitative analysis and reporting insights.You will analyse critical problem areas and process gaps identified from Service Reviews to determine root cause, drive improvement plans and make recommendations for their resolution.You will work with relevant stakeholders to understand and analyse new asks from the Business and Operational teams. Where system changes are required you will define functional requirements for development and track the implementation through to launch.In conjunction with E2E Testing teams you will support testing where appropriate to ensure requirements have been fully met.You will support process mapping and re-engineering initiatives with Business and Technology stakeholders; analysing business activities and designing coherent processes across the full product lifecycle.Under direction and collaboration with the Service Performance Manager, ensure all operational materials such as business processes, service policies and guidelines, knowledges bases are developed/updated with new features or changes. Your skills Strong problem solver with excellent attention to detail, accuracy and documentation skills.Prior experience in analysis and implementation of efficiencies in processes and procedures, development of process architectures and use of modelling notations (BPMN).Telecoms industry experience with excellent working knowledge of B2B Telco BSS and OSS systems.Highly motivated professional with a proactive and customer focused approach.Strong and clear communicator with high degree of autonomy/ability to work on own initiative.Six sigma certifications desirable.
