Job DescriptionIn need of a Field Service Lightning Salesforce consultant for a large implementation project based in the heart of London. A successful candidate would have a background in Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning in multiple implementation projects.Responsibilities:Strong experience in configuring Field Service LightningProvide expertise to define and develop solutions as well as gather requirements while also managing expectations to deliver good customer service.Manage client relationships across implementation life cycle.You will be responsible for making sure projects are delivered on time and to the client's requirements.Ability to work closely with customer, sales executives, solution architects and software engineers.Requirements:Hands on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service LightningExperienced in implementation projectsComfortable with the Software Development Life CycleBased in or willing to travel to LondonThis role allows the prospect of growth and development in Salesforce and as an implementation Consultant as working on a large project for an enterprise company opens up the doors for many opportunities. .
