Senior Project Manager (Agile SAFe)

Long-Term Open-Ended Contract (12+ Months)

c. 41k AED (£8,500) per month

As an established and trusted recruitment partner to this prestigious global organisation serving over 60 countries worldwide, we have been asked to assist with the recruitment of an established Senior Project Manager to work within their Data and Analytics Programme.

Agile methodologies will be at the core of this position, and candidates must hold the SAFe certification and have experience of working in a Scaled Agile Environment. Experience as a Scrum Master is also necessary as an upcoming project will require you to lead a Scrum team of up to 16 people. A background of working on Data Science / other data related projects within a Data Analytical IT environment is going to be useful.

Key Skills / Requirements / Responsibilities

*Must be SAFe Certified with experience working in Scaled Agile Environments

*Should hold PMP / PRINCE2 or other Project/Program Management Certification

*At least 8 years of Project Management Experience

*A history of working within Data Analytical IT Environments on Data Related Projects

*Ideally has worked on Data Science projects

*Previous experience as a Scrum Master is essential (will be leading a Scrum Team)

*Extensive use and understanding of Agile Methodologies (SAFE, Scrum, Lean, etc.)

*Change Implementation Planning and Management

*Experience managing large-scale end-to-end business IT projects / programs

*Highly Competent in Project Risk and Issues Identification

*Excellent stakeholder management up to VP level (Strong influence, vendor management, planning, communication skills)

*Experience delivering projects in large companies / matrix organisations with a multi-cultural environment.
