Assistant Quantity SurveyorAssistant Quantity Surveyor | Consultancy | City of London I am working with a multinational PQS practice with over 100 years of history and pedigree within the UK's consultancy market. During their successful trading history, they have been involved in a number of high-profile projects including the Olympic Games, new stadia developments for word renowned football teams and entire new build shopping centres.The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be based out of this companies London office, working within a team of experienced chartered Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers. In addition to APC support, this company provide excellent training/support and have a high retention of staff which is reflective on their commitment to their workforce. Requirements for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor position: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant field. .Involvement with large scale projects, ideally within the leisure and retailExperience delivering quantity surveying services from inception to completion on construction projects.Qualified or working towards MRICS.Previous experience running your own projects will be advantageous.Proven ability to communicate confidently with clients, contractors and consultantsDemonstrate the ability to control and monitor costs on construction projects. Remuneration for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor position: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum. (depending on experience)Discretionary bonus.Fast tracked career development.Great pension scheme.APC support.
