This is the chance to play a pivotal role within their Technical Support team. This role would someone with a background in IoT and basic Networking experience. The Role

* Lead the IoT connected solutions team and deliver an excellent service to customers

* Providing a great service to customers via telephone, email and live chat

* Other duties will include: monitor rapid online response, liaise with technical teams to ensure field issues are communicated, record returns/product faults etc.

The Person

* Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable

* Basic networking experience; TCP/IP networking, DNS, Router configuration - software and hardware, DHCP
