I am working in partnership with one of the BIG 4 consultancies worldwide who are currently seeking a Junior/Mid Level Visual Designer to join their journey, to help their Experience Design team in London to design the future. My client is focused in delivering the positive impact of digital technology to their clients businesses. They know that great design is about feeling, it's about emotion, they know their job is crafting emotion and creating moments though the subtlest details. Moments that tell unique brand stories for the biggest businesses and brands in the world today. My client are a world leading digital transformations and change practices on some of the most cutting edge projects in the public eye today. You will utilise the latest technologies expanding your skillset on varied projects and through training courses provided by the company. Requirements for the role: * 1+ years of visual design experience

* A passion for design trends, emerging technology and designing the future

* A passion for thinking innovatively and creating intuitive and easy to use interfaces that delight end users and that help to solve business problems

* A digital portfolio that showcases your design skills, your interaction design and your overall passion for what you do

* A good attention for the details

* An ability to create beautiful deliverables under tight deadlines

* A good level of skill on the tools. Sketch, Adobe etc and experience with prototyping to bring your designs to life

* A passion to create meaningful, responsible, inclusive designs

* A understanding of the end to end design process and other design disciplines that align to and inform visual design (Research, UX, Experience strategy)

* Experience of client work

* Ability to effectively prioritise and plan your workload to meet deadlines

* A desire to contribute to the broader success of the Experience Design practice and get involved with team activity outside of project work

* A good graduate degree (First or Upper Second) is a must, along with the right to live & work in the UK
