Main FunctionThe role will part of a development team tasked with creating the new platform. This individual will be responsible for designing, architecting, assisting development and developing BPM applications using Pega PRPC. It is an inital 3 month contract with opportunity for extension. Responsibilities? Architect, design and develop BPM applications? Fully understand business needs and requirements? Lead the effort in gathering and understanding requirements and use cases? Perform solution architecture and design within Pega PRPC? Drive creation and integration of web services/databases/legacy systems? Design class structure, data models and application frameworks? Lead software development activities? Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI and Corporate standards, including reviewing alert logs? Enforce best practices in Pega architecture / design / coding and monitor guardrails? Interface with business team to assist in conducting business analysis and requirements gathering. Experience Required? Strong software development experience; particularly within the financial services industry.? Good knowledge about PEGA Class Hierarchy? Client Lifecycle domain and technical knowledge along with working exp (client onboarding, KYC, maintenance and off-boarding) technical knowledge preferred.? Experience and thorough understanding of business process management (BPM) in PEGA? Experience in jsp/xml/basic java including relational databases? Expertise in objected-oriented analysis and design across a variety of platforms? Ability to effectively communicate to business partners on solution design? Experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and testing? Pega certifications minimum CSSA
