They are currently looking for a Technical Manager to keep the company at the very highest BRC standards.In this role, you will report to the Operational Director and be responsible for developing Technical Strategy and be the main point of contact for all clients and customers regarding any Technical or Hygiene enquires. You will be making all key decisions within the business in relation to the Technical and Quality departments as well as oversight of all auditing.This is an exciting chance to take on a challenging and varied role in where you will have full autonomy and the opportunity to have a large contribution within and exciting business.THE ROLE:

*Full responsibility for all technical and quality on site

*Reporting directly to the Operational Director

*Full autonomyTHE PERSON:

*Prior experience in a Technical Manager or similar role

*Must come from a food manufacturing background

*Ideally degree qualified in a food related degree or similar
