Scrum Master (Agile). Software house is seeking a Scrum Master to play an integral role in guiding Agile development teams to successful product releases of a market leading cloud based secure data storage and collaboration platform. You'll coach and guide the team during each Sprint through reinforcing and encouraging the team to follow core Agile principles of collaboration, communication and transparency. You'll utilise your knowledge of the full software development lifecycle to manage project workloads and push back on developers or stakeholders as required.

You will be based in a collaborative, professional environment in modern, well equipped Central London offices.

Requirements:

*Strong experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach; ideally Certified Scrum Master

*Good understanding of the fundamentals of iterative development and project management

*Thorough understanding of the full software development lifecycle

*Experienced with tools such as JIRA and Confluence

*Excellent communication skills
