Business AnalystThe Business Analyst is a key programme role, supporting the delivery of a new customer experience, spanning all customer types, products and sales channels.The goal is to deliver a modern booking, ticketing and travel experience for customers and staff. The Business Analyst reports mainly to the Programme Manager and will work across multiple key business workstreams. You might report to one or more Business Change Managers once the programme has been prepared and will conduct all work in line with the company's standards and internal programme governance.Main responsibilities:1.Work with Business Change Managers to recognise, outline, plan and execute the workstream and relevant work package/packages.2.Using company data and analytics to analyse company operations, sales, demand, capacity utilisation and other business metrics.3.Recognise and seek solutions to issues identified on each relevant workstream, or at programme level4.Use data modelling to analyse findings and create proposals for strategic and operational developments and changes5.Be able to assess the opportunities and possible risks associated with proposed solutions and present a reasoned argument in favour of a preferred course of action.6.Guarantee the requirements are effectively developed, clearly defined and recorded through facilitation and documentation of workshops, process development, and quality assured.7.Using excellent communication skills to design and host workshops and meetings to recognise, capture and analyse the requirements for each respective Business Change Workstream.
