Job Specification: At Schlumberger Leeds, UK, a graduate software developer is required to strengthen the web application development team. The focus of this team is the delivery of user assistance to support our commercial web-based solutions for the energy sector. This work requires the successful applicant to have the flexibility to work across a broad technology stack, as well as being able to shape and influence the delivered solutions. The web application development team works closely with product and service teams in Leeds and from the wider Schlumberger organization, as well as engaging with external groups on various aspects. To be successful the applicant must be comfortable working in a team environment, be able to demonstrate strong initiative, as well as proactively collaborating with other groups. Job Requirements:
Responsibilities: You will join the existing team to help design and develop user assistance products. You will help with the design, creation and maintainence of our cloud based solutions, developing and testing code, and providing operational support for our products. You will share expertise via internal knowledge sharing channels and expand your informal network throughout the organization. You will receive training and support to help you develop in your career. Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters in Computer science/Software engineering or related discipline.
