Position: 1st Line Support

Location: Manchester

Salary: £24,000-£30,000 + Bonus according to experience.

Due to the organic business growth in recent years for one of our key client, they are looking to recruit a 1st Line Support Engineer for their Manchester.

The Role & Responsibilities:

You will be involved in a variety of duties including:

Supporting Microsoft Office 2013

Proactively working to improve internal processes

Pro-actively identifying potential problems and issues on customer sites

Identification of potential opportunities to replace or implement new solutions

Key Skills and Experience

Very good English communication skills.

Great customer service skills.

Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
