£40,000Shortlist Recruitment have a very exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join a forward-thinking, ambitious software business based in Birmingham.

As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the products are developed in line with business and customer needs, with the direction and influence of yourself playing a big part in the delivery of each of these products.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to be part of a market-changing set of products, acting as the hold between the technical departments, sales and marketing departments in the company. You will be expected to plan how changes will be made to all products and will be asked to communicate this across the business.

This role will suit a Product Manager with the following experience:Fantastic understanding of product usabilityUnderstanding of User Interface/UXOwn the produce and full produce lifecycleHave a strong grasp of how to measure and improve processesThe ability to read between the lines with customer comments and ask the right questionsDefine and structure the product and service roadmapAn analytical mind, constantly thinking about competitors and requirementsA logical approach, coming up with ideas and testing them to provide the best resultsManage cost and pricing models for productExperience with project management of a product lifecycle
