Bancroft's, one of the country's leading coeducational day schools, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual seeking a new challenge to work in their busy and forward-thinking IT department.
Excellent customer-facing, communication, and administration skills are essential as you will be interfacing with users at all levels within the School, dealing with calls in real time, and meeting SLAs from 30 mins to four hours. Basic IT support and printer knowledge will be necessary for this role, but onsite training and familiarisation will be provided.
The successful candidate will report to the IT Manager and be expected to work as part of the IT department delivering quality, attentive, and timely support to the user community.
The position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks, but this is negotiable. Holidays are 27 days per year plus bank holidays.
