Working as part of a team that will eventually rise to 8 developers, you will be part of the project team tasked with developing the next generation of acoustic health measurement software that takes measurements on surface and subsurface vessels at the ranges.The project will entail re-writing and improving current software, whilst creating new code to meet the needs of the project. Working in an Agile environment, you will undertake development activities using MatlabWe offer an excellent salary and benefits package commensurate with a global company, including flexible benefits, bonus and pension scheme.The FitThe successful applicant will be able to demonstrate previous experience of using Matlab, ideally within an Agile environment. As this is a new start up project, you will be able to support the setting up of new processes and procedures, developing on a fast paced and rapidly evolving project. You will have a passion for IT, be able to keep pace with new and emerging technologies and embrace new ways of working.Previous experience/knowledge/Awareness of Underwater Acoustics, Signal processing systems or Signal analysis would be an advantage, however most importantly is your drive to deliver positive outcomes and high quality products.
