1st & 2nd Line Support Engineer (Specialist ISP)

£24,000 - £28,000 + 33 days holiday + bonus + pension + paid overtime

The Role:

- Provide mainly 2nd line and some 1st line support on for a leading specialist ISP

- Take training and progress your skills into 3rd line and in the future, architecture

- Speak with internal and external stakeholders to resolve network issues

- Tech includes: Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, routing, switching, Vlans, wireless, monitoring systems, wireless radiosThe Person:

- Understanding / knowledge of Mikrotik or Ubiquiti technology

- Experience in 2nd line support

- Looking to specialise in networks and interested in wireless
