Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team in Exeter based client.. This is very exciting role for some who passionate about customer service as there genuinely the real chance for career growth and you will have an input into the way things are done. The right candidate will have Customer Service experience but it can be from any background. The will support a small office-based retail team in taking calls and orders from customers. The will be 20% on the phone and 80% over email.The right candidate will have proven experience in belowPrevious experience in a customer service role on an office-based role is essentialA passion to deliver a high standard of customer serviceBags of personality and can take dealing with customers in their strideExcellent telephone and face-to-face communication skillsAdministration skills, be able to use computers with confidence and the ability to organise and prioritise workThis is an excellent position working for a very successful company with the opportunity to grow within the business if this is a route you wish to take.
