Data Architect / Developer - SQL

A brand new role has just arisen for an experienced Data Architect / Developer (SQL) to join one of the largest charities in the UK in their head office based in Vauxhall, Central London. This is a brand-new role to provide guidance and support for data structures, systems design, data integration and ensuring the data management framework is services focused. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to move into a hybrid Database Developer & Data Architect, run your own projects and just help this charity revolutionise its use of Data.

As the Data Architect / Developer (SQL) you will lead authority of the charities data structures & MDM which includes fundraising, health care informatics, finance and more. You will manage the main development of the SQL Database, design data models and develop the master data management database (SQL / SSIS / SSRS / MDM). The Database Developer / Modeller / Data Architect will be able to utilise the flexi working of this charity, 35-hour weeks and working from home 1 / 2 days a week.

Skills required for a Data Architect / Developer (SQL) are:

- Proven experience in developing data structures in SQL, SSIS or SSRS

- Good knowledge on Data Quality, Data Governance and ideally MDM (not essential)

- Brilliant communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders

- The desire to move into data architecture

- Experience in SQL and BI techniques

Salary: £48,000 - £50,000 + generous pension + brilliant benefits

Location: Vauxhall, Central London (working from home 1 / 2 days, 35 working hours)
