innocent started with a simple mission: to make drinks that make it easy to do yourself some good. In 1999 we concocted a few smoothies in our kitchen and tested them on people at a music festival; today we're blending every type of fruit & veg under the sun and selling drinks right across Europe. We have great ambitions: to show the world that you can build a successful business that cares about more than just profit, and to leave things better than we find them. We're proud to call ourselves Europe's favourite little healthy drinks company, but we're still growing. And that means we need more brilliant people who share our ambition, to join in with the next, most exciting, part of our story.

what you'll be doing

Do you love a tidy server rack, neatly cabled and meticulously labelled? Do you like explaining complex technical solutions in a way that anyone could understand? Are you excited by technology and ready to challenge yourself in a new role?  We are looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to join our Application and Infrastructure Support team.

innocent is expanding rapidly across Europe and beyond with on-premise, co-located and cloud based infrastructure supporting users globally. Working closely with external support providers and our internal Technical Delivery team, you'll provide 2nd/3rd line support, performing BAU activities and operational changes.

you'll have

We're looking for someone enthusiastic, determined, and with the ability to find simple solutions to complex problems. Experience supporting a Wintel environment, preferably with VMware would be ideal, along with an understanding of WAN/LAN networking concepts.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are really important as you'll be working collaboratively with lots of different people from across the business, as well as people external to innocent.

Technology-wise, we'd like you to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows 10, Server 2012/2016, Active Directory, SCCM, Office 365 and Azure AD.

Exposure to Sophos Central, Backup Exec, Zendesk and JIRA would also be helpful.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who needs to find the cause of an issue, not just a solution for symptoms; someone who isn't happy until a fix is in place to prevent the issue from happening again.

you'll get

We're investing heavily in technology to support our growth and your role will be integral for delivering and supporting those changes. Working in a small team you will get to be involved in all aspects of IT infrastructure, from WAPs to virtual environments.

You'll get exposure to new technologies such as Azure and Windows Server 2016 and have the opportunity to learn a wide variety of skills on the job, with responsibilities from day one.

You'll also get to work with our users across Europe as  some travel is essential in this role.

If you think you have everything we're looking for and more, then we'd love to hear from you.

You'll need to get your skates on though, as applications close on 4 July.

Dolly Parton may have worked Nine to Five but you don't have to. We're all about being healthy and happy here at innocent so we're open to a chat about flexible working. No promises, but we reckon that if it's good for you, then it's good for us.
