Here at FCO Services, we have a far-reaching remit - providing construction, secure logistics and technology services to governments and institutions around the world. We work on worldwide embassies and high commissions, with the UK government, law enforcement and friendly foreign governments.

Sitting across all our services, is our Central Planning Unit. The teams here look after planning for the whole portfolio, and oversee the full lifecycle of projects in Secure Global Services and Global Digital Technology. Project resourcing, management information, quality and co-ordination and Central Planning is our focal point for all sorts of pivotal work. It's their creative solutions that ensure we continue to protect the UK's interests, at home and overseas.

Manage projects that impact governments

You'll help us deliver FCO Services and customer plans right across the organisation. Analysing high-level portfolios and programme plans, cross-checking delivery plans from a variety of departments, and improving efficiency will all be part of your everyday work. What's more, you'll liaise with stakeholders at every level to keep things running smoothly.

Oversee portfolios that protect millions

Organisation and negotiation will be second nature to you. You'll be confident building working relationships and influencing people and excellent at co-ordinating and planning projects. Strong analytical skills will be essential and ideally, you'll have project management software skills too.

Put your skills to the best possible use

There's a lot that might sound familiar about this role. But there's a lot that's very much unique.

That starts with great benefits, including flexible working, an on-site nursery, a salary-related pension, and more. And, most importantly, there's the sense of pride. At the end of every day, you'll know that you've contributed to broader work that protects people, assets, and information all over the world. In short, it's your job, bigger.

All our employees have to be security cleared so you will need to undergo a vetting process before joining.
