As a .Net software lead, you will be driving development standards, policies, practices and procedures. You will be coding in .Net, ensuring designs are good, our software is of the highest quality possible and driving innovation and best practice throughout our teams. Outside of the Scrum team, as the Lead.Net Software Engineer you will work with other Lead Engineers, Architects and Product Owners to shape the future of software development within the business. You will drive adoption of new tools, frameworks and techniques. You will also be a thought leader and mentor junior staff and be a core pillar in expanding our engineering community. As part of this exciting, varied role you will gain experience in ; Automated unit and system testing, ASP .Net MVC, Azure DevOps, Cloud platforms, e.g. Azure. We are looking for you to ensure the team has the right technology, produces good resilient code and has the capability to help achieve our core aims.
