This FTSE 100 company is looking to introduce a new Digital Analytics specialist into their company. Working for this company you'll be:- Part of a hard-working and enthusiastic team looking after the digital data landscape of this organisation specialising in: Data collection, analysis, Insight and Visualisation along with CRO & Personalisation. - Part of a growing team which has grown from 5 to 18 in the last few years.- Using enterprise level industry leading tools this role allows you to pave the way in driving customer focus and insight into the end to end digital experience. What will you be doing at this company: - You'll be providing insight that will benefit not only the organisation but the customers.- You'll provide findings and outcome results to drive changes in the company. - You will be the go to for the team when it comes to all things digital analytics.- Yo will influence prioritisation with the department with the use of a data driven approach along with collaboration with the organisations partners. - In trading meetings you will be responsible for all things digital data. - You will be there to ensure that optimisation testing such as A/B testing and VT is at the forefront of people's mind. What skills do you need for this role?- You will need to be proficient in Web Analytics such as Adobe Analytics Expert- You will need to be able to undertake statistical analysis and to be able to deliver strategic insight What will the company give you in return for your work?- A creative environment, including two roof terraces - Be part of a social team, with team events on offer such as bowling, charity events What next?
