You will be working with our client; a leading multinational investment bank and financial services company.

Planning changeHelping to develop a business case for outcomes from its inception through to prioritisation into the execution backlogLiaising and building relationships with key stakeholders across the Business, Operations and Technology to create buy in and understand impacts of the changePreparing the business and technology for change through comprehensive and methodical planning and forecasting of effort requiredManaging ChangeMeasuring and reporting progress in line with identified and appropriate governanceEnsure all relevant documentation is created and evidenced to the satisfaction of Control Boards, ensuring agreement to proceed to the next phase of the project.Communicate to all stakeholders to gain appropriate approvals and consensusInfluencing/Networking - developing internal and external business relationships and using own knowledge, skills and experience to influence others' opinions and actions. Well-developed communication skills are essential as this role will involve complex interactions throughout the business to drive holistic understanding of risks, issues and the accompanying mitigation/prioritisation strategies required.

Delivering ChangeEnsuring that the project cost, quality and time are managed within the approved project scope and planIdentify dependencies ensuring alignment with other business areas/functions.Forecasting resource and budgets to within agreed tolerances ensuring any variances are anticipated and/or explained where necessaryEnsuring projects are satisfactorily closed in line with the in place governance

Risk and Control Objective

All candidates must ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Policies and Policy Standards

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:

Demonstrated success leading and delivering change initiatives in a matrixed environment across business, functions, operations and technology Analysis, creativity and innovation - able to conceive original and practical solutions to complex problems.Professional communications - making oneself understood, sharing information, listening to and encouraging others to get involved.Ability to manage priorities, multi-task and flawlessly execute at speedExceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence business decisions and to drive analysis and problem solving of complex operational and technology issuesThe role holder will have strong people management and leadership skills and excellent communication skills with the ability to and interact with staff at all levelsInspires the team to meet stretch targets and, through personal development and management, grow capability and manage under performanceActs as a role model for more junior staff

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of the card payments industry and overall understanding of the Financial Services Industry.Knowledge of Agile methods and tools.PM or Agile certification. Please submit all CV's at the first instance.
