Junior Microsoft BI Consultant - Transition from DeveloperAn inner-circle Microsoft Consultancy specialising in MS Dynamics 365 is seeking a Senior BI Developer/Consultant to join their team to help their clients get the best out of the data held in their new ERP and CRM systems.You'll work end-to-end across the project life-cycle, from requirements gathering and solution design, to development, implementation and end-user handover. You'll be working alongside a team of ERP/CRM Consultants as well as other BI Consultants, so a collaborative approach is required.Technology-wise you'll be working exclusively with Microsoft's offering, including MS SQL Server Stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS), but in addition the MS Azure PaaS suite, including Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, PowerApps and Flow. You'll be home-based, spending your time split between working on client sites all around the UK and working from home. You'll need to be flexible to travel, including overnight stays where applicable. As you'd expect, all travel from leaving home (including to your nearest office) is fully expensed. Generally, consultants spend anything from 20-80% of their time working on site depending upon project requirements, but always have Friday's at home.Key skills we're looking for include:- Experience of working across the MS BI Stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS)- Experience in Power BI reporting (PowerApps/Flow is desirable too)- Experience in working with MS Dynamics (NAV/AX/CRM/365) is desirable, but by no means essential This is a Permanent role, offering a starting salary of around £40-50,000 depending upon experience and seniority, as well as competitive benefits, all travel expenses, and plenty of MS Certification training and support.For this, and other exciting roles in Microsoft BI/Azure, contact Owen Mitchell on 0191 338 7552 or [email protected] in complete confidence.
