£28,000-£30,000 + OTE of £34,000 + Pension + HolidayExcellent opportunity for someone from an accident repair background with supervisor or management experience to join a well-established company in a dynamic role that can offer a good package and an excellent opportunity to progress.This company has been providing body shop repair and vehicle servicing for over 35 years and due to continued growth are looking to add a skilled Workshop Manager to their busy team.In this role you will be based in the Exeter site supervising a moderately sized team of technician, carrying out repair work on a variety of vehicles and overseeing the general management of the workshop. This role offers promising opportunities for progression and the opportunity to share in the success of an award-winning business.The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in accident repair and will have experience leading a team of technicians.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and successful business in an exciting role with an opportunity to share in the successes of this friendly, family-run company.The Role:

* Monday to Friday Days Based Role, typical hours being 8am-5.30pm

* Management of a medium-sized team of technicians
