Location: Stockport, Cheshire
Salary: £20000 - £30000 per annum
Due to the demands of our growing business, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to continue the growth within the recruitment delivery team. Working closely with our Recruitment Lead, we are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant with a passion for direct sourcing and desire to provide an exceptional candidate and client experience.
As the vital link between clients and candidates and the growth of our business, the role is diverse and requires you to:
o Identify and engage with top talent
o Conduct sales calls over the phone and face-to-face.
o Write good sales-copy & understand the basics of content marketing
o Identify, develop and profit from your target market
o Build your network
o Focus on whats important and prioritise your time
o Maintain high-levels of motivation
o Execute and consistently produce results.
o Treat your desk like your own mini-business
o Track record in a professional services, consulting, or technology industry
o Prior experience of working as part of a recruitment team.
o Demonstrable experience of sourcing candidates utilising a variety of methods including the introduction of innovative ideas for candidate attraction.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Confident, diplomatic and tactful - demonstrating high levels of confidentiality
o Resilient and able to work under pressure
o Driven, highly organised with the ability to identify and focus on priorities and deliver to deadlines.
o Able to discuss current opportunities as well as being able to promote our company as an employer of choice
o Proven and consistent billers - please provide evidence of this
o Hands on 360 recruitment experience (candidate resourcing through to business development)
o Experience recruiting within the IT sector
o Client facing
o Experienced in stakeholder management
o The ability to be an exemplar of professional, consultative relationship development
o Highly professional, and with the inter-personal skills to quickly develop and maintain strong rapport with managers at all levels
o Drive and commitment to meeting high quality candidate experience
o No crazy KPIs & very transparent
