1st Line Support-Itrent

My client based in Cambridge are looking for a 1st Line Support analyst on an initial 3-6 month contract.

You will be working in a busy helpdesk of which you will be providing specialist support for the organisations Itrent software.

You will ideally have experience of supporting Itrent, if not a similar application/system

PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS INSIDE OF IR35, AS SUCH YOU WILL NEED TO USE AN UMBRELLA COMPANY
