This is an opportunity to join an established and successful IT services company whose job is to make IT work seamlessly for their SME clients. They are a trusted advisor for anything IT related; Cloud Services, IT Security, Infrastructure Consultancy, as well as day-to-day Management and Support.

ABOUT THE ROLE

They are on the lookout for a highly organised coordinator to support the day-to-day needs of a growing SME. Their ideal candidate would be a bright, energetic and inquisitive all-rounder to join their busy business and operations team.

This is a role with the real opportunity to make a difference and they see this role evolving as the business grows. It's a great entry position for someone considering a career in Client Services, Marketing, Operations, Office Management or HR as these responsibilities will develop over time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist with marketing projects such as lead generation and brand development

- Client services: produce other high-quality client-facing documentation including KPI reports, prospective client proposals and pitch presentations

- Plan, organise and help to deliver projects and events in line with quality, time and budgetary requirements

- Support recruitment activity and the onboarding of new staff. Help to lead and manage employee wellbeing initiatives, continuing to make this company a great place to work, attracting and retaining the best talent

- Various ad-hoc duties including greeting visitors and making sure the office is well stocked

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

- A solid academic background with a 2:1 from a top university

- A degree in a Business, Marketing, Economics or other related discipline would be ideal

- Industry experience (work placement or post-graduation)

- Demonstrable proficiency in MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- A professional, polished and friendly manner with a strong work ethic

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

- An organised, reliable approach; great time management

- A highly collaborative team player, versatile and tenacious, with the enthusiasm make a positive difference

- An analytical mind combined with the ability to logically explain concepts and outcomes

- Great attention to detail and a sense of urgency to deliver in our fast-paced environment, without compromising on quality

- Willing and able to learn and be mentored

- A genuine interest in technology would be welcomed

- A good sense of humour!
