Scrum Master (Agile Kanban Jira Confluence). As a Scrum Master you'll be joining a talented delivery team who use a range of modem technologies including ReactJS, AngularJS, Python and Jenkins. You'll drive Agile values within your team to help optimise their delivery and will work to ensure that your team stay focussed and motivated. You'll be responsible for reporting on delivery, developing team relationships, conveying product requirements and facilitating Agile ceremonies.

Based in London, you'll be joining a hugely successful company that is working with a number of well-known clients including ITV, Channel 4 and Formula 1.

Requirements:

*Experienced with Scrum and or / Kanban methodologies

*Background within the media / broadcasting space

*Advocate of Agile

*Able to identify and implement continuous improvements within your team

*Knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence

*Ideally you'll have experience working alongside a technology team

*Good coaching and mediation skills

*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
