Spring Technology is currently looking for an experienced 3rd Line Engineer specialising in Citrix. This is a 3 month contract based in the following locations, York, London and Colchester.

We are looking for someone to join our clients Citrix support team.

* Join our clients Operations team to provide 3rd line operational support for our global user population of ~4000 employees.

* The role will involve resolving incident tickets within SLA and proactively driving route cause analysis and issue resolution.

* The position can be based in any of the locations - Colchester, London or York

* To start ASAP for an initial period of 3 months - term based contract
