Cloud Security Engineer Experis are currently recruiting on behalf of a Cloud Security Engineer to join a leading provider of financial data intelligence software and solutions in Nottingham on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of Cloud security controls to protect key infrastructure for multiple cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform. Key Role & Responsibility:Implement AWS/Azure/GCP security strategy for adoption, migration and hybrid operationsImplement a tool driven and highly automated approach to deliver our key security management processes by leveraging existing security investments and/or identify new tooling.Implement and configure best of breed security tools for our clients Cloud ecosystems, including everything from Anti-Malware, Encryption, Proxy, NGFW and WAF to cloud specific tool sets like container and serverless security.Work with teams across the company to embed modern automation and orchestration techniques; utilising DevSecOps concepts to deliver highly secure, resilient, scalable and efficient solutions.Research new and emerging Cloud and Cybersecurity solutions to solve client challenges. We are keen to speak to individuals with a proven background securing cloud software, platforms and/or infrastructure as an architect or engineer, Azure/AWS Architecture experience with the appropriate vendor certification and experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: AWS CLI, Bash, Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript. You should also have experience in automation/configuration management using Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Saltstack, Bosh, Terraform Kubernetes, Mesos swarm or equivalent.
