Salesforce Functional Consultant - £400 - £500 a day, 3 months - LondonSalesforce Functional Consultant - £400 - £500 a day, 3 months - LondonA Platinum Salesforce Partner based in London is looking to hire a Salesforce Functional Consultant for initially 3 months. They need some one who has extensive experience delivering specifically Service Cloud projects to join their team and support on their project pipeline for this year. Responsibilities:Discovery of client needs and design & support during implementation of Salesforce solutionsAn understanding of Visualforce and ApexData migration and integrationEnd user trainingSupporting Presales during development of new business and ensuring proposal accuracy Required SkillsHave previous consulting experienceHave delivered Service Cloud projectsExperience with CRM technologycom certification is highly desirableCan articulate the business objectives and process(es) that the technology is enabling for the clients they have worked with (e.g. service request management, lead processing, pipeline management).Ability to fully configure the Salesforce platform- creating Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Page LayoutsProven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectivesExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
