1st / 2nd Line IT Support
Would you like to be part of a busy and diverse role? We currently have a vacancy for an 1st / 2nd It Support Analyst at our site in Rochester, Kent UK.
As an 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing IT support to end users for a range of IT systems, applications, PC desktops, IT intranet support, audio visual and conference room support.
You will work directly with internal business customers at all levels, also with other IT team members plus internal and external IT providers. This will involve face to face communications with end users, as well as tracking and chasing calls with 3rd party IT providers.
You will be working as part of a team servicing IT requests and managing and resolving calls in our help desk system.
Your main responsibilities as a 1st /2nd Line IT Support Analyst will involve:
Ensuring help desk calls are monitored and addressed in line with SLA's
Supporting a range of business applications
Supporting IT Intranet sites
Supporting end user desktop and mobile phone
Answering customer queries and provide IT assistance
Providing Audio Visual and Conference Room Support, Wyse terminal management and Conference meeting support
Sharepoint Administration
Producing knowledge articles and communications for end users and other IT providers
Your skills and qualifications:
Essential:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good problem solving and IT technical skills
Ability to investigate end user problems
Minimum qualification IT GCSE or equivalent
Desirable:
IT qualifications desirable at A Level or equivalent
Experience of IT and/or AV Support
Experience of Audio Visual Tools support, including virtual collaboration tools e.g. Telepresence, WebEx, Skype for Business
Programming skills would be highly desirable

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and being comfortable within a team will also be key for this role.
