.NET Software Developer - up to £50k - Leeds The organisation in question are based in Leeds and they are keen to recruit experienced Software Developers, ideally with a good understanding of the Microsoft Stack.

The roles are 'full stack' and they are keen to speak to applicants with either a background in Microsoft .NET technologies. You'll be working on cutting edge projects, primarily enterprise in scale and focused around emerging markets such as Big Data, Cloud and AI. As a Software Developer, you'll be expected to work across the full Software Development Lifecycle, working with both internal and external teams.

As an organisation, they are heavily Agile and your role will see you adopting a range of Agile methodologies as well as modern software development processes including CI/CD, DevOps and Test Driven Development (TDD). Agile experience is specifically important so any previous experience acting as a Scrum Master would be additionally beneficial.

In terms of the specific candidate requirements, rather than simply regurgitating the job description, I wanted to highlight a few key areas below:

Tech Stack - a background Microsoft (ASP.NET MVC, C#, .NET Core) is preferred. They are a 'true tech company' and like to hire people who aren't just confined/limited to a single technology area.

On the Front-End experience working with JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Redux, Vue, Aurelia) is also beneficial.
