Digital Optimisation SpecialistBromleySalary up to £60,000 DOE I've partnered up with a FTSE100 company based in Bromley who are looking for a Digital Optimisation Specialist to join their Data, Insight, Analytics and Conversion team.The current team setup consists of 4 functions; Insight, Implementation, Optimisation and Data and it has grown from a team of 5 to 18 in the past couple of years and will continue to keep growing.Working with enterprise level, industry leading tools from an experimentation, analytics and CX perspective, you will be able to use your creativity and scientific knowledge to draw on the wider team's experience in all core functions to deliver high quality results. To be considered for this role it would be nice to have the following:- Good industry experience within optimisation and customer experience, preferably from an eCommerce background- Exposure to working with Optimizely and Maxymizer- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and road mapping a product- Extensive experience working in CRO, A/B Testing and experimentation- Awareness of traffic signals and research methods- Exposure to working within a Scrum environment For this role, my client are looking to offer a generous salary in the region of £60k for the right candidate plus a fantastic benefits package so it is certainly a very competitive remuneration in the current perm market.Jefferson Frank is the Amazon Web Services (AWS), DevOps and Big Data recruiter of choice.
