Job Title - Delivery DirectorLocation - NottinghamRate - 630 per dayDuration - 6 Months initial Key Accountabilities:Owns the delivery of programme, ensuring effective use of engineering PoD teamsCollaborates with stakeholders and Product Management to understand and deliver against proposition goalsManages stakeholders both internal (ecosystem partners, shared service teams, application teams, service teams et al) and external to ensure sprint deliveryOwns the delivery plan and provides reporting to overall programme steering committeeRemoves impediments and blockers and enables resolution of complex problemsOrganises and prioritises work items through a Delivery BacklogEnsures timescales, budgetary and quality standards are metWorks in partnership with a Chief Engineer to create solutionsManages escalations and ensures efficient communicationDelivers following Agile / Lean principles delivering value.Key InterfacesLiaises with project business owners and commercial partners.Coordinates with stakeholders on 3rd party supplier engagement for projects.Communicates with external partners and suppliers to enable 3rd party solution delivery to the project plan.Candidates should submit CVs in the first instance.
