Senior Test Analyst (HR & Payroll systems) - Contract - 3 months initially - Dorset. My client, a leading Educational Institute, is looking for an experienced Test Analyst with experience of working with HR & Payroll systems, for an initial 3 month contract, based in Dorset.

Essential:-

*Strong knowledge of the E2E development lifecycle, particularly the Test discipline

*Minimum 5 years Test Analyst experience

*Ability to write detailed, complex test scripts

*3 years' experience of ALM (Quality Center)

*Ability to define and manage defects within ALM (Quality Center)

*Previous experience of HR & Payroll systems with an understanding of application functions such as standard HR processes (starters/leavers/etc.), Payroll, Employee Portals, Absence, eRecruitment, Leave Booking, etc.

Desirable:-

*Previous experience of working in a University or higher education establishment

*Previous experience of testing data migrations (ETL)

*Previous experience of testing application interfaces

*Previous experience of testing accountancy software and services (BluQube)

*3 years' experience of HP Unified Functional Testing (previously HP Quick Test Professional)

*2 years' Visual Basic skills in relation to UFT/QTP
