Test ManagerBristol6 Months£Competitive Role:This role is responsible for co-ordinating and managing the change activities for the MEDC Network Chapter. In addition, the Test & Change Manager will be responsible for the test environment.Key Accountabilities:Ability to co-ordinate network change activities including managing quality and improving the processPoint of Contact for network change schedule and activitiesManage the network test environment, ensuring that the configuration and release levels mirror the ME network and that access to the test environment is co-ordinated and controlledIdentifying opportunities for service improvement through proactive monitoring and customer liaison to improve customer serviceLead test activities such as Network Resilience Testing.Skills:General understanding of a broad range of Network technologies and security topicsNetwork Service orientation Process development and improvementUnderstanding of Change Management processCommunication skills: Translate technical terms into customer language and explain risksCo-operative skills and the ability to engage with technical team structures and plansPlease forward CVS in the first instance
