Digital Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics CRM

My client is looking for an expert Digital Business Analyst, someone with a proven track record with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Cloud Business Applications and CMS technologies.

Location - Guernsey / 4 days onsite 1 day from home (flights & accommodation will be covered by my client)

Duration - 3 Months (extendable)

Rate - £400 - £500pd

As a Digital Senior Consultant, you will have good understanding of agile business analysis, including knowledge of appropriate business and system analysis techniques. A proven track record and relevant experience working in public sector on CRM and Digital Portal projects. To have data analysis skills, such as SQL and desktop data analysis tools, are desirable skill sets. Beyond that, previous exposure to managing stakeholders at all levels is key.

Main duties:

*Developing a clear understanding of all existing systems and data requirements

*Working with stakeholders at all levels in the government sector

*Improving the quality of the products and services delivered by IT

*Assisting with integration and acceptance testing

*Providing support during and post implementation

Experience:

*Extensive experience as a Technical Consultant or IT Business Analyst

*Previous experience as an IT Business Analyst in government sector

*Proven track record with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Cloud Business Applications and CMS technologies

*Gained experience in implementing Omnichannel and enterprise customer system projects and initiatives

*Experienced applying modelling, process and notation techniques

*Involvement in Agile Scrum projects by defining requirements, process mapping, testing and implementation

*Involved in requirements management by writing Agile Epics and User Stories
