Senior Business Design Manager x2 - (Digital Transformation)

Salary: £65,000 to £89,000 base salary, plus significant annual personal bonus, car allowance, 13% employer pension contribution, 4% flexible cash pot, private medical insurance, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays. Want a summary of the role?

You would be a senior member of staff within an internal business consulting team. You will help steer Lloyds Banking Group on the most effective path to achieve its strategic goals through use of your internal network alongside your analytical capability to solve business design and architectural problems.

That will mean you get involved with complex project portfolios during their infancy, helping to design solutions that join up with the strategy across the entire group, then supporting those projects through to a successful delivery. Who are the Group Roadmap & Business Design Teams, plus what is Group Transformation?

The team act as internal consultants, working with product owners, architects and designers to shape initiatives and portfolios at critical points. They challenge existing thinking to make sure that the Group moves towards its strategic aims and is equipped to respond to demanding external environments now and in the future.

What do I need to do this job?

We welcome people from a range of role backgrounds but do need to see the following as a minimum for consideration: Prior background helping to plan and shape business design activities (1) such as operating model changes, capability model changes and general business/IT transformation initiatives, exceptional communication skills (2) so you can manage/influence stakeholders, brilliant problems solving skills (3) and a basic understanding of business architecture (4).
