Join us in the fight for our world! Having made significant investment in developing our supporter data systems, the Data Journeys Specialist is a pivotal member of our Database Services Team.  Providing invaluable assistance to our Supporter Income and Engagement and Communications Departments by helping manage our central supporter database and associated systems. You will help ensure that donors are better targeted and engaged.

We want you to focus on the development of supporter journeys within FastStats and PeopleStage and our ETL integration platform. This will include co-ordinating the design and delivery of the supporter data systems workstream as well as identifying and exploiting potential opportunities to better integrate and capitalise on fundraising data sources and systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand organisational requirements, improve the understanding of the potential of data and build capability within the organisation. Whether finding ways to improve data flow for delivering fundraising projects or establishing best practice in data system use or identifying system and process improvements you will play a key role in helping deliver our mission.

You'll be a self-starter who is happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved with extensive experience of FastStats or similar current modelling, selections and campaign management systems. Skilled in querying large datasets, using appropriate tools such as SQL, you will have an in-depth understanding of relational databases and data management techniques. You will also have been involved in continuous system development as well as the maintenance and assessment of tools and processes. You will be highly skilled in systems testing, quality assurance and reporting too.

In addition, you will possess good communication and relationship building skills. Effective at solving problems, you will be good at prioritising and have a logical approach also.

While knowledge and experience of charity specific CRM system and data structures would be a distinct advantage, is it not a requirement.
