Head of Trading (E-Commerce) - Paddington, LONDON - 9 Months Head of Trading (E-Commerce) - Paddington, LONDON - 9 Months The work location is in Paddington, LONDON and is a 9 months contract. The role is working for a well established, multi-national retailer and specialises in clothing, home and luxury product. As the Head of Trading, you will be leading a highly regarded International team who proactively support each other to achieve our goals and deliver customer satisfaction globally. You will use your expertise to deliver revenue and customer growth. You will create stretching financial targets and have full P&L accountability. Managing a team of 20 including on and offshore resource to deliver the sales, trading and operational plans in over 29 online markets. Key accountabilities of the role include:Leadership: Lead and motivate the trading team, driving talent and high performance, set priorities and foster a positive culture. Establish strong relationships and communication across the business and drive the digital agenda on the wider leadership teamManagement: Set overall strategy for the team and ensure each team member has clear and measurable objectives. Focus on driving sales and growing active customer base across priority marketsSales: Set and deliver a strategy for global e-commerce sales growth. Use analytics and in house development team to optimise conversion, product range, merchandising, promotions. performance.Profit: Deliver profitable sales and manage full P&LCustomer: work with colleagues across the business, in logistics, contact centre and retail to ensure an outstanding customer experience and measure through NPS and CSAT scores.
